Double-Balance : To be listed in this category a company must have Balance either by numbers or percentage depending on the size of the Board or the Management Team in 2 out of 3 categories: Board, Management Team or Executive Management Team.
Triple-Balance : To be listed in this category a company must have Balance either by numbers or percentage depending on the size of the Board or the Management Team in all 3 categories: Board, Management Team or Executive Management Team.
